Job Description:   

Based in the Herebwo Office in Krakow.  Some of the responsibilities are outlined below.


  • Greet visitors to the office

  • Purchase office supplies
  • Arrange taxi and booking the apartments
  • Arrange office equipment and repairs
  • Main Contact for the administration function in the office
  • Main Contact for the service providers
  • Conference room booking
  • Search for offers: restaurant and catering, printing, graphic companies, language schools, courses and training
  • Preparing business meetings
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Organization of company events
  • Secretarial duties
  • Translations
  • Supporting HR Department with administration duties
  • Ensuring proper flow of documents between offices


Mandatory Skills

·      Fluent English

·      Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)

·      High level of personal presentation

·      Excellent interpersonal and organization skills

·      Independence, accuracy and patience

·      Open and outgoing personality

·      Eagerness to learn and help others
