Ford Autoteam has supported distance learning for over 30 years. The bi-monthly title, produced in-house at Clifford Thames by a dedicated editorial team who work closely with the Henry Ford Academy, Ford engineering, Dealer support and Ford marketing teams is distributed to around 10,000 Ford employees across the UK.

Autoteam is a vital communication tool for the Ford Dealer network. Each issue covers training updates for Dealer staff, in-depth guides for Technicians and Body Repair staff, as well as process updates and equipment launches. It also incorporates guides to Service and Parts; such as Accessories marketing, promotional offers and customer service training.

In addition to formal training, newsworthy leads from across the Ford business are incorporated into each issue, ensuring that Dealer staff are up-to-date with the latest product launches, software updates and marketing programmes, as well as Ford’s motorsport activities.
