The market consolidation in leasing companies is rapidly leading to the development of Europe-wide policies and business models. This still gives OEMs an advantage over chains of independents.
The challenge therefore, is the development of a pan European solution for OEMs in fleet billing and authorisation. This will enable leasing companies to leverage the economies of scale that the consolidation in the market should bring.
