OCM Pilots Begin in Germany, UK, Austria, and Denmark
Dr. Andreas Sabin, the Clifford Thames OCM Account Manager announces the pilot of OCM
in Germany, UK, Austria and Denmark. "This will bring the total number of markets where
OCM has been launched to eight, with Spain, France and Italy having been up and running for
a few years now and the recent launch in China", said Andreas.
OCM stands for Order Calculation Module and uses J-I-T algorithms/parameters to calculate
dealer parts inventory to ensure a high customer fill rate and parts availability, a critical
component of customer service satisfaction.
OCM has been jointly developed with JMAC-Europe.
