Record transaction volumes through Clifford Thames's Parts Central Billing platform
October proved to be another record month for both the volume and value of business put through the PCB platform.
Peter Lichtner, Central Billing Manager commented that "it helped that the working days in the UK were such that the number of weekends in the month was minimised, however, even without this advantage we would have had an exceptional October. The addition of some Ambulance maintenance and repair business to the platform has certainly increased the underlying business volumes"
Peter added "In addition to numerous large private company fleets, the PCB platform is increasingly being recognised by the emergency and utility services (ambulance, police, water, gas, electricity and telecommunications) as an efficient and cost effective method to source genuine manufacturer parts for their fleets of vehicles."
