Parex hits 17,000 searches per day
Parex, Europe's largest online parts exchange portal for franchised dealers is now recording in excess of 17,000 searches per day. The web based system which is used by over 3000 dealers in over 25 markets representing 16 different franchises and has been providing substantial benefits for dealers for over 8 years.
As well as saving the Dealer time and money and reducing the levels of obsolete stock, the system has also been proven to increase customer satisfaction and service levels. Clifford Thames in partnership with the software owners, PareX Parts Exchange BV in The Netherlands, provide helpdesk and in market support.
