Acquisition of PC Services
PC Services was established in 1993 to provide data management services to the automotive industry. Based in Daventry, the company has grown over the past fifteen years and now provides a range of products and services to dealers and OEMs including:
- Qcheck - web based application to measure quality of repair processes in the workshop
- VHC - web based CRM and business development tool to manage workshop customer follow-up processes
- Wholesale Upgrade - a process upgrade path to develop the dealer wholesale parts business
- Bonus Administration - design and management of dealer bonus schemes
PC Services products and services are used by dealers of many brands:
Audi, Bentley, BMW, Chrysler, Citroen, Ferrari, Ford, Hyundai, Jaguar, Kia, Land Rover, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, Toyota, Vauxhall and Volvo.

Pam Cook, the founder and owner of PC Services, will continue to provide strategic input and assist in the smooth transition of the business to new ownership.
Ben Schneider, Managing Director of the Dealer Services Division of Clifford Thames, will be responsible for the new acquisition. We anticipate many new opportunities will arise from the collaboration of the businesses and the integration of our product portfolios."
