Ford Annual Dealer Conference

Clifford Thames took the opportunity to demonstrate a number of products to senior dealership management at the Ford Annual Dealer Conference in Birmingham, UK. Products included Electronic Vehicle Health Check (e-VHC), a workshop quality control system, Qcheck, and Pulse, a wholesale trade parts sales analysis tool.

Mark Mallison, Sales & Marketing Manager, says 'these products are designed to help dealers increase profitability and customer satisfaction in the parts and service departments. In the current recession, when vehicle sales have been depressed, the dealer is relying on these parts of his business to deliver profit. Clifford Thames has a wide range of unique business applications to help the dealers and OEMs build customer loyalty and maximise their opportunities in a tough marketplace. I was extremely pleased with the exceptional response we had from the dealers.'
